The University of Bourgogne project is a 27 year concession to finance, construct/refurbish, operate, and maintain three new buildings, and one existing building, on the Bourgogne university campus in France. The architectural designs for the new buildings were provided by Michel Remon and the client is the University of Bourgogne.

The project reached financial close in July 2013. Construction was undertaken by Bouygues Construction and was completed in May 2015. Capital expenditure was approximately €20 million.

FM is contracted to Bouygues Energies and Services.
