Finance, refurbish, operate, and maintain 1,500 occupied properties, and construct 31 new care and family homes for Manchester City Council

The Miles Platting Social Housing PFI project is a 30 year concession, procured by Manchester City Council, to redesign and refurbish approximately 1,500 occupied properties, as well as to build 20 new care homes and 11 new family homes in Miles Platting, Manchester.

The project reached financial close in March 2007 and construction, which was undertaken by Lovell Partnerships Limited (a Morgan Sindall subsidiary), was completed in February 2012. Capital expenditure was £79 million. 

Adactus Housing Association Limited is responsible for providing on-going management and maintenance.
